Notary Services (per Texas Law)

• Acknowledgments - $6 for first signature, $1 for each additional signature on the same document.
• Depositions - $6 plus .50 per 100 words. For swearing a witness to a deposition, including completing the certificate, affixing the seal and other connected business. For taking the deposition of a witness, the fee is .50 per 100 words.
• Jurats - $6 for executing a jurat on an affidavit or other form of verification upon oath or affirmation.
• Oaths & Affirmations - $6 for administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal.
• Proof of Acknowledgment - $6 for first signature of each absent principal signer plus $1 for each additional signature proven.
• Protests - $4 for protesting a bill or note. $1 for serving a notice of protest. $4 for certificate and seal to a protest.
• All Other Notarial Acts - $6 for performing any other notarial act or for completing a certificate and seal not otherwise provided for.

0–5 miles: $10
6–15 miles: $20
16–25 miles: $30
26–30 miles: $40

Travel fees apply per appointment and are due even if the notarization cannot be completed due to client error (e.g. missing ID, incomplete document).

Military (Active Duty, Veteran, or Spouse):

• 10% off for Active-Duty members
• 15% off for Retired Veterans

Important Notes

• A $10 fee will be added for every 15 minutes of waiting after the scheduled appointment time.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID is required.
• Do not sign documents before appointment.
• Documents must be complete before the appointment. (Except for the signature)
• I do not offer online notarization or loan signing at this time.
