Notary Services (per Texas Law)

  • • Acknowledgments - $10 for the first signature, $1 for each additional signature on the same document.

    • Depositions - $10 for the certificate and oath, plus $1 per 100 words for taking the deposition of a witness.

    • Jurats - $10 per certificate, including the oath or affirmation.

    • Oaths & Affirmations - $10 for administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal.

    • Certified Copies - $10 per certificate.

    • Certified Copies of Notarial Records - $1 per page.

    • Protests - $4 for each bill or note, $1 for each notice served, and $4 for certificate and seal.

    • All Other Notarial Acts - $10 for performing any other notarial act or completing a certificate and seal not otherwise provided for.

    Mobile travel fees are separate from notarial fees.

Mobile Travel Fees (based on distance from 78109)
0–10 miles: $25
11–20 miles: $35
21–30 miles: $45
31–40 miles: $55

(Please contact for appointments beyond 40 miles.)

Travel fees apply per appointment and are due even if the notarization cannot be completed due to client error (e.g., missing identification or an incomplete document).

As a thank you for your service to the community, I offer the following discounts:

Military (Active Duty, Veteran, or Dependent/Spouse):

  • 10% off for Active-Duty members

  • 15% off for Retired Veterans

Teachers & School Staff:

  • 10% off

First Responders:

  • 10% off

Valid identification or other proof of eligibility may be required for discounts. Please mention your discount when booking.

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
By appointment only. Same-day appointments available when possible.

Important Notes

  • • A $10 fee will be added for every 15 minutes of waiting after the scheduled appointment time.

    • A valid, government-issued photo ID is generally required. Please contact me before your appointment if you have questions about acceptable identification.

    • Already signed your document? Don't worry—it may still be eligible for notarization depending on the type of notarial act required. Please contact me before preparing a new copy.

    • Documents should be complete and ready for notarization before your appointment. A notary cannot prepare documents or provide legal advice regarding how a document should be completed.

    • Remote Online Notarization — Coming Soon

    • Loan signing services are not currently available.
